積分入學(xué)是杭州針對眾多的外來隨遷子女，推出的一項十分利民的教育政策。以積分方式統(tǒng)籌安排來杭人員隨遷子女，入讀杭州各區(qū)小學(xué)一年級。

積分入學(xué)主要是按照杭州市居住證積分管理指標(biāo)體系，對申請積分入學(xué)的來杭人員各項指標(biāo)量化并賦予分值，按照積分從高到低排序進(jìn)行錄取。

PS：各個區(qū)積分入學(xué)針對的是需要在杭入讀小學(xué)一年級的適齡兒童，需要來杭轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)的，轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)問題需咨詢居住地區(qū)教育局，是否有名額能接收。

申請杭州積分入學(xué)條件：

父母及入學(xué)子女持有杭州市區(qū)發(fā)的有效期內(nèi)的浙江省居住證。

未滿16周歲的未成年人申領(lǐng)《浙江省居住證》的，須提供父母雙方居住證及其在市區(qū)連續(xù)繳納社保滿1年以上證明。

流動人口在居住地居住半年以上，符合有合法穩(wěn)定就業(yè)、合法穩(wěn)定住所、連續(xù)就讀條件之一的，可以依照規(guī)定申領(lǐng)《浙江省居住證》。

沒有居住證的，來不及辦理居住證的，可以選杭州辦事快辦杭州人才引進(jìn)居住證，杭州優(yōu)先錄取，入讀杭州公辦學(xué)校。

2020年杭州入學(xué)積分申報工作自3月1日到4月10日，有孩子要在杭州入讀的，還未申報積分的，要抓緊時間。

孩子入學(xué)錄取順序是按照父母申請積分高低順序，依次安排錄取的，入學(xué)積分低，辦杭州人才證，不參與積分入學(xué)方式，直接按照“三表生”優(yōu)先錄取公辦學(xué)校。
