試講,又叫模擬教學(xué)或者無生上課,是目前全國(guó)教師資格證統(tǒng)一考試和教師招聘考試面試的主要面試形式,因此對(duì)試講的了解與否對(duì)大家是否能夠拿到教師資格證或者成為一名光榮的教師具有至關(guān)重要的作用。國(guó)考教師資格證面試主要由結(jié)構(gòu)化問答,試講和答辯三個(gè)方面組成。其中試講占10分鐘,結(jié)構(gòu)化和答辯分別5分鐘,由此可見試講好壞是考生成功與否的一個(gè)非常重要的標(biāo)尺。那么,肯定有很多考生在這十分鐘上存在疑惑,是按照正常一堂課的節(jié)奏講,講到哪兒是哪兒,還是將一堂課最重要的部分塞到這10分鐘里,還是將整堂課濃縮到10分鐘以內(nèi)呢?這十分鐘要怎么安排,我該如何備考呢?考試中應(yīng)該注意什么?下面,就各位考生存在的疑惑,為大家答疑解惑。
(一)試講環(huán)節(jié)及時(shí)間分配
教師資格證面試試講一般情況下是無生上課,即在沒有學(xué)生的情況下,授課教師模擬正常上課情境,通過教學(xué)來展現(xiàn)自己的教學(xué)能力。因此,試講并非是隨便講十分鐘講到哪里是哪里,也不是選取一堂課中某個(gè)部分進(jìn)行教學(xué),而是具有完整的教學(xué)過程的一整堂課的濃縮。小學(xué)英語課堂主要包含六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),即熱身(導(dǎo)入)、新授、練習(xí)、鞏固、小結(jié)、作業(yè)。顧名思義,我們?cè)?0分鐘的試講過程中也要包含這六個(gè)部分。下面,就這六個(gè)部分的主要內(nèi)容及其在十分鐘內(nèi)的時(shí)間分配進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。
熱身(導(dǎo)入)warming up (leading in) 1-2分鐘
熱身的目的是讓學(xué)生快速的從課下的漢語環(huán)境中進(jìn)入到英語課堂上的英語環(huán)境,一般情況下熱身我們可以使用英文歌曲或者韻律操等方式進(jìn)行,快速抓住學(xué)生注意力。而導(dǎo)入的目的則是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,且將話題導(dǎo)入到本節(jié)課所學(xué)的主題上來,達(dá)到“課未始,興已濃”的效果。小學(xué)英語課堂對(duì)熱身和導(dǎo)入沒有硬性要求,有其一或者兩者皆有均可。由于考試試講時(shí)間只有10分鐘,因此,這部分建議1-2分鐘,快速切入主題即可。
新授presentation 3分鐘
新授這部分主要是教授本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)知識(shí)及技能等,是一節(jié)課的重心,因此,這個(gè)部分所占時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),應(yīng)占3分鐘左右。小學(xué)英語一般以聽說課為主,而聽說課的主要內(nèi)容則是重點(diǎn)的句型和單詞及其用法,因此在新授部分我們重點(diǎn)教授單詞和句型。由于小學(xué)英語課堂最重要的方面是吸引學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,因此在新授過程中我們需要采取一些活動(dòng)來吸引學(xué) 生的興趣,在這里,我們可以使用圖片新授,tpr新授,情境帶入新授等方式進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)知識(shí)
練習(xí)practice 2分鐘左右
新授完之后,下一個(gè)部分就是對(duì)剛剛所學(xué)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行練習(xí)的部分了。在練習(xí)部分,教師所要做的是組織生動(dòng)活潑的課堂活動(dòng)或者課堂小游戲等讓學(xué)生對(duì)本節(jié)課所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練,達(dá)到感知理解的目的。因此,本部分在整個(gè)試講過程中所占時(shí)間應(yīng)為2分鐘左右。
鞏固 consolidation 2分鐘左右
對(duì)語言知識(shí)練習(xí)完了之后,教師需要組織活動(dòng)讓學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)到的知識(shí)進(jìn)行鞏固加強(qiáng),這就是鞏固環(huán)節(jié)。鞏固與練習(xí)的主要區(qū)別在于,練習(xí)是語言層面上的操練,主要是讓學(xué)生練習(xí)本節(jié)課所學(xué)的語言,而鞏固則是語用層面的操練,它主要注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)本節(jié)課所學(xué)知識(shí)的理解運(yùn)用,學(xué)生能夠在恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫跋率褂帽竟?jié)課所學(xué)語言,從而達(dá)到學(xué)以致用的目的。在這個(gè)部分教師可以為學(xué)生設(shè)置一定的情景,讓學(xué)生去運(yùn)用所學(xué)語言,所占時(shí)間為2分鐘左右。
小結(jié) summary 1分鐘左右
一堂課要做到有始有終,因此,小結(jié)必不可少。課堂小結(jié)不僅可以讓學(xué)生回顧本節(jié)課所學(xué),同時(shí)也是老師檢驗(yàn)自己本節(jié)課教學(xué)實(shí)踐成功與否的重要方式。根據(jù)新課改要以學(xué)生為主體的基本理念,小結(jié)我們一般采用學(xué)生總結(jié),老師補(bǔ)充,情感升華的基本方式。本部分所占時(shí)間1分鐘左右。
作業(yè)homework 1分鐘左右
在本節(jié)課的尾聲,不要忘了給學(xué)生布置作業(yè),以再次鞏固所學(xué)。教師在布置作業(yè)的過程中應(yīng)注意開放性和選擇性的結(jié)合,從而照顧到不同層次的學(xué)生。這部分所占時(shí)間為1分鐘左右。
(二)考試注意事項(xiàng)
大家在面試的過程中出了要做到合理安排以上各部分所占時(shí)間之外,還需要注意以下幾點(diǎn):
1. 授課有激情,口語流利,抑揚(yáng)頓挫。作為一名英語老師,一口流利的口語是評(píng)委極其看重的,因此大家在考試之前應(yīng)在家勤加練習(xí),做到能用簡(jiǎn)單的英語上完一整堂課。同時(shí)說話也要擲地有聲、抑揚(yáng)頓挫,這樣才能吸引住學(xué)生的興趣。
2. 課程中要體現(xiàn)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的一些基本理念,如面向全體學(xué)生、以學(xué)生為主體、評(píng)價(jià)主體多元化、運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)設(shè)備等。
3. 保持微笑,對(duì)學(xué)生多一點(diǎn)關(guān)愛。作為未來的小學(xué)英語老師,不僅要能夠?qū)⒅R(shí)傳授給學(xué)生,同時(shí)還需要具備一定的親和力,這樣才能成為學(xué)生喜愛的老師,才能讓學(xué)生喜愛上英語課。
4. 著裝合體,整潔大方,不過于隨意。教師這個(gè)行業(yè)雖不硬性要求著正裝,但為人師表,我們要做到著裝整潔得體,端莊大方,給人感覺看起來像老師。
5. 不要忘記板書。板書可以呈現(xiàn)本節(jié)課重要知識(shí)點(diǎn),有利于學(xué)生隨時(shí)觀看復(fù)習(xí),因此,考生在試講過程中要注意寫板書。
